HP Pavilion DV2718us Notebook Repair or parts dv2500

Thank you for looking at my auction. You are bidding on a Hewlett Packard Pavilion DV2718us Notebook PC. The system is one I have been experiencing issues with of late and have decided to sell it to someone who has the time and knowhow to repair it. The issue I have is that the PC will turn on, power up to the HP screen and through Bios, and even into Windows most times, but after a while of running will automatically shut itself down without warning. I have tried everything I know how to do with the machine myself and cannot solve the issue. I did notice that the processor fan has died in the machine, and have bought a replacement which will be included with the machine, but considering Best Buy was not able to install the part it is still uninstalled from the unit with the dead fan still installed. As can be seen in the pictures, the unit will turn on and will boot. The case of the machine is in good physical condition, only showing some spot wear on the casing to the left of the touchpad. The Harddrive has been removed from the machine, that is the only missing part from the device. The battery works and keeps charge, as does the AC adapter in supplying power to the machine. The LCD display screen also works well as can be seen in the pictures. The hinges on the screen are both in good working condition, as well as the media remote which comes included(remote may need a replaced battery). The last I had used the machine before the issue the wireless internet was fully functional as well, along with the cd/dvd drive and media card reader. The top cover on the machine has a bit of sticky residue from a sticker on the case, and the bottom case comes intact with the windows vista sticker and code. The hard drive carriage that was around the hard drive also come included so another drive can be put in easily. All the manuals, quick setup guides, and such come included in the machine also.
