THIS IS MARKED ON THE FRONT " PREMIERE PERFORMANCE OF THE ROXY THEATRE  SEVENTH AVENUE AT FIFTIETH A STEP FROM BROADWAY  NEW YORK " AND IS DATED FRIDAY EVENING  MARCH 11, 1927. THIS THIS TICKET IS IN NICE, ORIGINAL SHAPE WITH NO MISSING PIECES OR OTHER DAMAGE. LOOK AT MY PICTURE AND JUDGE CONDITION FOR YOURSELF- THIS IS IN GREAT SHAPE. HERE IS YOUR CHANCE TO OWN A PIECE OF NEW YORK HISTORY. THIS MEASURES 6.75 INCHES BY 4 INCHES.
