A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
Here is a really gorgeous vintage brooch. It is about 2" in diameter. It is silver toned metal with beautiful faceted glass crystal beads. They have flashing colors of blue and pink. The beads are wired on. The condition is great. No chips or cracks. Looks great! Please check my other auctions for more vintage jewelry. I would be glad to consolidate sales to save on postage.

If I see that the price you paid for shipping is more than the actual cost, I will refund you the difference.
I do offer international shipping to certain countries. Please note that even though the First Class postage is much cheaper to these countries, we are not able to track or insure the package. We can track it and also insure it if it is shipped by Priority Mail. This is a much safer method for expensive items.
RETURN POLICY: All sales are final. I describe each item to the best of my ability, but I am not an expert. My items are antique or vintage, so they are going to show some aging. I furnish good pictures so potential bidders can assess value, age, and condition themselves. Please ask questions prior to bidding.
Please be sure to give us your correct shipping address. If the shipping address is different than the address listed on your Paypal account, be sure to bring that to our attention.

Did you know that when you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, but it actually isn't? As an example - a 4 in "Shipping Time" means "Quickly". Ebay however, considers 4 stars a sub-par rating - or a failing grade. Their standards require sellers to maintain 4.9 & above, or be penalized with higher fees. That means we pay more to ebay, which makes it more difficult for us to continue offering great items at low starting prices.
