DC Infinite Crisis Action Figure Set Superman & Batman

The items in the Scuffs & Scrapes Sale are new but they may have a dent or ding to the package. Normally the items in their packages will be fine but read the descriptions and we will try to describe them as best as possible. You may be able to get something nice for below retail or may even find that hard to get item you’ve been after for so long. So, please remember to read the description carefully because these items will be sold as is with a no return policy.

Up for auction is an INFINITE CRISIS action figure box set

The figures include:

            Superman

            Batman

            Wonder Woman

            Omac

The figures are in great and each one comes with a display base. Wonder woman and Omac look like they each come with some extra hands. The box is solid but has a couple problems. The clear plastic is scratched and the front top left of the box is torn and bent. The back top is torn as well and it in bent in on the right and this bend carries to the side at the top. The whole of the box is shelf worn but, this is mostly on the edges and corners. But, remember as mentioned above the figures are in fantastic shape and are still in the un-opened box.

Shipping and Handling

We charge $ 1.75 USD for handling on the first item and $ .50 for each additional item bought.

We place a weight on the items to calculate the charge for shipping from the Post Office. Sometimes this is a known amount and sometimes it is an estimation on what size box will need to be used at the time of shipping. All US mailed items will have a tracking number placed on them (Except International packages see below) All items are guaranteed to the details of the expressed description in the auction or in the store until; they are placed in the Buyer’s possession by the Post Office.

Return Policy

New items will have a return policy (But not all new items see below) and some used items will have a return policy. But, we have some new and used items that will be sold as is without a return policy. Please read the whole description of an item to make sure whether the item you are interested in does or does not have a return policy. If, the item has a return policy then; we must be contacted with in 7 days of receiving the item and if an item is returned the Buyer must pay for the returned shipping. Please do not hesitate to write us if there are any problems.

Our goal is to create happy customers and hopefully repeat ones as well.

One more important item to remember about our auctions. We will always combine shipping so do not worry about that one.

We will be glad to ship world wide if any one is interested with any of our items.

Please remember the Post Office does not offer Tracking Numbers for international packages but, there will be a US Customs Number.

International Buyers – Please Note:

·         Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

·         Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Other information an International Buyer should consider:

·         These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

·         We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior
