This is a vintage or retro Christmas ornament kit that is marked "Another Distasio Design by Life-Like".
 
It is a boutique ornament ~ item no. 15749.
 
I can make out the name on the paperwork inside and it's called
"Sparkle And Glisten" and Gold and Multi-Colored. Appears to be a sputnik-type shape in the photo.
 
The styrofoam ball measures 2" undecorated.
 
Will be box shipped to prevent crushing via First Class.
