Modem Compatibility

The modem listed above is only listed as being compatible with operating systems listed in the compatibility section of the listing. Using the modem listed above with third a party device like a 3G router isn't supported. If you buy this modem for use with any other device/operating system listed above in the compatibility section you need check this yourself. No support will be given to third party devices.

All modems are tested under Windows XP Service Pack 2 before dispatch.
 
Refunds are not given for compatibility issues with third party devices such as 3G routers unless specifically listed as being compatible in this listing.

Bigpond Note: Please check with Bigpond before buying as they (Bigpond) will need to reassign your Bigpond sim to a new device. No refunds if you can't get modem to work with Bigpond

Virgin Broadband Note: Virgin requires PAP authentication. Mac OSX may require you to edit some system settings for Virgin to work correctly, this issue is with Virgin not the modem. No refunds if you can't get modem to work with Virgin on a Mac.

Mac Users Note: All testing is done on **INTEL** Macs, Power PC Mac owners need to do their own research.

Shipping Note

All items are bubble wrapped and posted with tracking; with a signature obtained on delivery. This does result in slightly higher delivery charges, but I have never (not to date anyway) had "lost" items in the mail. Goods are delivered very promptly, overnight to most metro areas around Australia and within 2-3 days for more remote regional and country areas.

Goods will be shipped 1 business day after payment has been received. So for example if you pay for an item on Monday at 9:00am it will be shipped to you on Tuesday with delivery to you by Wednesday (metro). The cut off time for payments is 9:00pm for shipping to be processed for the following day.

Important: Please make sure your Paypal delivery address is correct. This is the address I will ship to. If it differs from your ebay address I will use your Paypal address. NO EXCEPTIONS

Payments

All item should be paid for with in 24 hours of auction finish time or immediately for Buy It Now items.
