Returns Policy
All defective on arrival (DOA) items will be replaced immediately, just send us an email and one of our technical support team members can help you get your item functioning properly. If the issue can not be resolved then we will have you send it back and it will be replaced immediately. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt for all DOA items. We are not able to refund shipping and handling fees. Exchanges or Refunds for non-defective items must take place within 14 days of receipt of the item. If you purchased an item and are not completely satisfied you may contact us and we will work toward a resolution of the issue. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

The Cheetah Stun Guns come with a 2yr Manufacture warranty that is covered through us. If you have any defects occur within 2yrs of purchase we will replace for FREE. Please be sure to read instructions when you receive your gun to make sure that you don't void the warranty by not being aware of its functions.
All G2 Airsoft Guns carry a 30 day manufacture warranty which can be sent directly to G2 if you have any issues. Instruction for warranty information is in each box.
