Refund/Return/Exchange Policy:
At Central Tack & Harness , LLC, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best experience and value with every purchase. We warrant our products against material defects and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the original shipping date. During this period, you may return your purchase for credit or exchange by following the requirements in the “Return Requirements” section of this policy.
Return Requirements

• A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning the product. The RMA can be  obtained either by calling our toll free number (1-877-784-6932) or by filling out the RMA request form on our website at: http://www.centralharness.com/rma.html. An RMA may also be obtained by sending a letter or postcard to Central Tack & Harness , LLC. Ensure you include the invoice number and date of purchase in your request and mail it to: Central Tack & Harness, LLC, 16407 Decker Creek Drive, Manor, TX 78653
• The returned product must be in new, unused condition. All parts, instructions and accessories must be returned for full credit.
• This warranty is void if the product has been damaged due to neglect, improper use, accident, or due to animal misbehavior.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• Returned products must be shipped insured. Central Tack & Harness, LLC is not responsible for lost products.
• Products that are lost or damaged during shipment are the responsibility of the shipper and must be reported to the appropriate shipper within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to save the packaging the item was received in. Contact the applicable shipper for details regarding their lost or damaged goods policy.
• Returned products must be received and inspected at Central Tack & Harness, LLC prior to issuing a credit, exchange or refund. If an exchange is needed prior to Central Tack & Harness, LLC receiving the returned product, you may elect to have a replacement product shipped at your cost. Credit for the replacement product will be issued once the returned product is received and complies with this policy.
• CLOSE-OUT products are not returnable nor refundable.
• Returned products that do not comply with this policy will be returned to the customer with an explanation of  why the product does not qualify for return.
• Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Central Tack & Harness, LLC.
