We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, exchanges and returns for a full refund less shipping charges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been used, worn, or altered.

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are properly packed. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit that are a result of improper packing at the fault of the customer.
• Returned items must be complete without exception and must include a copy of your sales receipt.
• Simply return the item(s) to the address listed on your invoice. Indicate on the invoice if you are returning for an exchange (and indicate size or style desired), or if you are returning for a merchandise credit.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping for all non-fault returns.
• Approved returns are processed within 2-3 business days and credits generally take 2-4 business days to post to your account.

Costume orders placed October 15th through October 31st may only exchanged for a different size.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:

• Any items that are defaced or physical damaged by end-users. We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing any refund or credit
• Any product returned without the original package or sales receipt that cannot be verified as our products

International Orders

For shipments to Canada, you have the choice of:

Shipping to Canada Most Canadian orders are processed within one business day from the time the order is placed. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. Holidays
Duties and Taxes By placing your order, you understand that you will be required to pay all Canadian duties, and taxes (Canadian GST, HST, PST) and brokerage fees associated with importing. You authorize us to appoint a Canadian customs broker on your behalf to obtain customs clearance for your order and understand that these fees will be due at the time of delivery. Taxes Canadian customers are required to pay all applicable GST/HST depending on the Province where the purchase is made.
