Yes, I drove out of my garage with the van hatch open and ripped the garage door/opener motor...but I won't bore you with details.

I had to replace my old opener with a new one but this remote is still fine. 

Always works.  I removed the battery for shipping. I knew I had two of them.  The picture is of the one I could find a few months ago but I just found ANOTHER ONE.

THIS ONE DOES NOT have the metal clip.  I had velcro glued to the back for mounting in our minivan.  Door for the battery opens fine. Just some glue residue on the back.

The silver label fell off too.  But it works.  They don't make em anymore.  Guaranteed or money back.
