Postal orders - if you are paying by this option contact me so I can give you an address.

Delivery

We offer “ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS RECORDED” as a standard UK delivery option and “ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL SIGNED-FOR” for international customers so you have the reassurance of being able to track your package at any time.

All our products are packaged with care so they are safely delivered to your door step.

Please allow up to 1- 3 days for your item to be delivered.

All items are dispatched on same day or within 24 - 48 hours.

If you are unavailable to accept the delivered package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office; where you will be expected to pick it up within a given time period. If the item has not been collected the package will be returned back to us. We will then require you to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given less the postage costs.

We will ONLY accept returns if unworn and still in original packaging.

Refunds are ONLY granted on the price of the item not postage costs.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your package a full refund or an exchange will be given.  

If you order the wrong size we will exchange for any other size at your request. However, at your own postal expense for returning then redelivering.

All exchanges and returns must be completed within 14 days of delivery.

Import duty, custom charges and delivery surcharges may apply to your delivery country. The courier will contact you directly prior to delivery if charges apply to your order. Check with your local or national Tax or Customs office for further details as we are not held responsible for such charges
