Today we have a very gently used matching Ashley couch and love seat set.  These are for pickup only.  Both Pieces for one price or purchase either separately.  We are located about 40 miles South East of Fayetteville, Arkansas, in southern Madison County.  This matching set with beautiful dark wood trim is about a year old.  We are retired and have no kids in the house to jump on the cushions or otherwise cause excessive wear.  This set is gently and only slightly used, but in very good condition with no tears, damage or broken structural parts.  Yes, there are some very minor spots that could be easily removed.  The loose cushions are reversible as you can see in the pictures so there are numerous variations of patterns, styles and colors that you can choose.  When we purchased this set we didn't realize they would take up as much room as it does our small living room.  Measurements are: Couch is 92 inches wide.  Love seat is 70 inches wide.  Both pieces are 41 inches high.  We would encourage you to see this wonderful set in person before bidding.  Buy the couch only for $500 or the love seat only for $400.  Send us an email and we will give directions.  Thanks so much for looking.
