A fierce Eagle sits at center above portraits of Linclon and Grant.  Blue "1" at left and Blue Seal to the right and Blue Serial Numbers with dingbats.  Signatures are Vernon-McClung.

This note presents great!  A bright clean note with very tidy edges and corners. Good portraits.  Has spent time in someones wallet, some splits along the folds.  Condition is F/VF
