Tony Allan, long time fan and researcher of the Drifters, tells the story of one of the most popular groups in recorded history. He traces the musical legacy from 1953 to 2005, leaving no stone unturned. Contained within the 192 pages are many B/W photographs and illustrations. There are also seven appendices including a full discography, a family tree of the many changes to the line-up of the group, and a final appendix which brings the story up-to-date as of 2005. A very rare book in excellent condition. Privately Published.
