Made in USA. 100% brand new, never used, HOWEVER: This item is marked IMPERFECT. There is a tiny amount of scuffing (just finish marring, no dings or deep scratches). Will not affect function. Otherwise this is a $250 pan! Buyer pays $14.00 for Parcel Post to US, insurance extra. (I know, but that's what it costs to ship stuff these days, whatever eBay says, and Copper Core is particularly heavy cookware.) I require payment within 7 days of auction's end.
