Brand New Still Sealed. Ok brand new still sealed means that they have never been open .Some  cases from time to time may have a scratch on them.As far a shipping and handling goes I charge 3.00 in the US  and 1.50 for add auction won. I now going to send to canada and see how that goes and will charge 3.95 and 1.50 per add auction .  You may say that is alot for shipping but most package I send are first class and its about 1.90 to 2.00 per package and I have to buy envolopes and bubble wrap . If a auction goes over certain amount I will discount on shipping. I'm not trying to rip anyone off on shipping or the auction as you can tell lol .most of my cd go for a penny a piece so at the end of a auction I may make less than a dollar or so.
