If the item was purchased by mistake we will gladly refund the purchase price of the item (excluding P&P costs as this is a service) as long as the item is unopened, in its original packaging and both the packaging and item is not damaged. Please use the contact link above for agreement prior to returning the item. Any sealed games will not be accepted back if opened unless they are faulty or defective.
