HOURS OF OPERATION

• Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm EST.
• We periodically check messages after hours.

BIDDING

• We only ship to US addresses in the lower 48 states!
• Winning bidder must pay for auction within 3 days of auctions end.

COMBINED SHIPPING

• We will combine shipping on most items.
• Some items are too large to combine. Those items that cannot be combined will be listed in the description.
• Shipping is flat rate plus $1 each additional item for combinned shipments. 
• Combined shipping is only valid for auctions won within 3 days.
• TO RECEIVE COMBINED SHIPPING, AUCTIONS MUST BE PAID FOR IN ONE PAYMENT!!!

SALES TAX

• Auctions shipping to a Virginia address must add 5% state sales tax.

WINNING BIDDER

• Payment is due within 3 days of auctions end.
• Please use eBay checkout at end of auction, regardless of payment method.

PAYMENTS

• We accept PayPal or Visa/MasterCard/Discover via telephone (1-800-848-7237).
• Winning bidder must pay for auction within 3 days of auctions end.
• If payment is not received, item will be relisted and appropriate feedback will be left.

SHIPPING

• We do not offer pickup!
• We ship via UPS Ground ONLY. Under no circumstance will we ship with the Post Office!
• UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so a physical address is needed.
• We ship Monday through Friday.
• If payment is received by 12pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, your auction will ship the same day.
• Payments received after noon or on weekends will ship the following business day.
• Time in transit varies. UPS can take 1-7 business days for shipping. If you would like transit time, please contact us.

INSURANCE

• Insurance is included in the shipping price.
• All items are shipped fully insured.

RETURNS

• We do not accept returns. All sales are final!

PRODUCT ISSUES

• Defective - If your purchase of a new item is defective due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will send a replacement, if available, upon return of defective item. Only replacement will be given, no refunds.
• Damage - If your purchase is damage during shipment, please contact us immediately. We will process a shipping claim and replace your product, if available. Only replacement will be given, no refunds.
• All items not marked new will have any "issues" listed on the auction (ie: damaged box, scratches, etc). These items are non returnable, non refundable. All sales will be final.

FEEDBACK

• If there are any issues, please contact us first before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Problems can be solved, but only if there is communication.
• Once the buyer has left feedback, then we too will leave feedback. We ALWAYS leave feedback!!
