This is a vintage carnival glass dish. On the front is says 1776 – 1976 BICENTENNIAL UNITED STATES with an eagle in the center. It is still on good condition with no cracks or chips. The glass when looking through it is a light blue with an iridescent finish. I am unsure of the maker because there is no makers mark anywhere on the dish. This is a nice dish and will makes a great addition to any carnival glass collection so get it while you can.
