Defects

Damaged Items

Items damaged in transit will be replaced after a properly submitted courier claim. When a courier damages your item in shipment we must submit a claim to the courier (UPS or USPS). The courier has the right to inspect the damaged item as well as the packaging of the damaged item. So please keep all packaging when your item is damaged in transit. Chargeback Policy

If those cases, we will provide proof of delivery to the paypal and we will ultimately win the dispute. Once a dispute is submitted, we can no longer help you in regards to any matters as it relates to our return policies.
