We only use UPS which is not the least expensive but is the most reliable carrier.
•We do not loose money on our shipping to promote our wines.
•If there's a damage claim we don't wait until we are refunded by the carrier. We quickly replace, exchange or refund the money.
•In addition to shipping fees, there will be a required 1% insurance fee that will be based on the overall price of the auction. This 1% insurance fee only covers damage caused in transport and NOT any damage caused by weather conditions.
•For our East Coast customers please keep in mind UPS takes 6 business days to ship so shipping your wine on a Monday means you'll get your wine the following Monday.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 21 years old to order and receive wine by federal law. By placing an order you represent to Upswine that you are at least 21 years old. At time of delivery someone 21 years or older must be present during normal business hours to sign for the package. If no one is available during normal business hours at your shipping address to sign for the package we encourage the package to be shipped to your business address to insure fast, interruption-free delivery. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

We will be able to handle any problems with UPS or any other courier with in 60 day period following the expected delivery date. We are not responsible for any package problems after this 60 day period. We will always work to get your problem solved as quickly as possible.
