I HAD LISTED THIS BOW BEFORE, BUT DECIDED  TO END SO I COULD TAKE IT BY A DEALER AND HAVE IT CHECKED OUT COMPLETELY. THE LABEL ON THE BOW SAYS IT IS A 28 INCH DRAW BUT IT IS A 27 INCH DRAW HIGH LETOFF. I HAD THE CABLE WITH THE LOOSE SERVING CHANGED AND PUT IN NEW HARMONIC DAMPENERS. IT IS NOW READY TO GO. SORRY TO ALL FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.IGNORE THE PICTURE WITH THE ROUGH LOOKING SERVING ON THE CABLE. IT IS NOW NEW.
