From 2009 collection.

Model: 2118-C eye size 52/16, Col.357 BURGARDY. Prescription glasses.  Glasses with demon lenses have CHANEL logo on the side. CHANEL logo fills with PEARLS & RHINESTONES on each side of the temple.
