All sales are final and BEI will not accept any damaged item that result from inappropriate use of any of my merchandise, Except for items that reach the buyer while damaged as a result of handling by the courier. All this claims should be made in 48hours after the item is received.

Shipping:

• All items will be shipped between 48-72 hours after payment is received and cleared, and the item will reach the buyer in 5-7 working days except for items that are cleared on a weekend or a holiday. This process is shorter with items paid for by pay pal and we would recommend this form of payment.
