Fantastic Four # 24 "The Infant Terrible!"Silver Age

Silver Age Fantastic Four Issue 24 "The Infant Terrible" Marvel Comics. This is an old book in Good Condition. I have attached photos of the flaws, but the book still has great eye appeal for its age.  There are defects to the cover at the top left of the book (photo attached) . The interior of the book looks good and the pages are creamy tan colored, with no brittle paper. The colors still look nice as well. The back of the book is also in good condition. There are two pages inside the book that are loosely separated from the binding, however the book is not missing any pages. I have had this book for over 18 years and this was the first time I opened it to look at the interior condition. I have not made any attempt at restoring any parts of this book. It is in the same condition as it was when I found it. I located this book in the basement of my grandfathers home where there were several books and collectable items. I have saved it since that day and NEVER took it out of the bag and board since that day.

The book will be shipped bagged and boarded and in a stong Mylar protective sleeve for added protection. Though the book has defects it is complete and in my opinion it still displays with eye appeal.
