"Libra" Royal Chelsea Bone China ~ Made in England

Plate is white with a golden trim and decal. The golden decal is a scale with what appears to be flowers on one side and a bag with the number 1000 on the other. There is some utensil marks but otherwise in excellent condition. Plate measures 8 3/8 inches across.
