eBay says that sellers can no longer accept any other form of payment except PayPal, and everything must be done through PayPal, (PayPal is the only form of payment that eBay will allow us to accept) if I do not comply with their policies they will end my listings and I will not be able to offer you items any longer, sorry for any problems that this may cause you but I must abide by Ebay’s policies.  Please voice your opinion to Ebay on their multiple new polices. Payment must be received within 5 days, because of the non-paying bidders (who unfortunately make it hard on all honest bidders)  I will relist the item after 7 days if not paid, and file a non-paying bidder report with eBay.  ONLY SERIOUS BIDDERS PLEASE!  With that out of the way buyer pays shipping and handling fees as well as purchase price. I will combine shipping, so if purchasing multiple items, e-mail me or wait for me to send you an invoice with the combined shipping costs also this applies to only items won or bought within five days of each other.  So please look at other items up for sale. S/H fees are not just for shipping it is also for seller’s fees, packaging material, shipping fee, and the labor cost to package and get it to the post office as well as other fees charged to me. I do mail daily Monday through Friday, except Holiday’s.  If for some reason there is a problem in the process and it doesn’t go out as indicated I will email and let you know that, you will also receive an e-mail indicating that your item has shipped. I will not be responsible for items after they are shipped, Please insure your order. Not responsible for shipping damage, lost or stolen items. Insurance is recommended for all items but not required; if you want insurance please make sure to add it on at check out. For international buyers insurance is highly encouraged, shipping charges will vary by location.  International buyers are responsible for any customs/duty tax required by the country they live in. IMPORTANT: If you have moved or have a forward on your address or for whatever reason your address has not been updated with Ebay & PayPal, and your item does not get delivered to you, or if you have not purchased insurance, I am not responsible for the loss of your item in the USPS mail system.  Please make sure to keep your address current with EBay and PayPal, for I will not ship to an address that is not listed with Ebay or PayPal so don’t ask it is against Ebay policy and I can’t ship to an address that isn’t listed with Ebay or PayPal.

Return Policy:

I will accept returns (US only) and refund purchase price only if for some reason there was an error in the listing of item, changing your mind is not an error in the listing. No refunds if: 1) You don't like the item, 2) Item isn't what you expected, study photos properly!  3) Damage is caused by USPS poor handling, please purchase insurance if you're concerned. 4) Clothing doesn't fit. 5) Item is brand new and/or sealed and therefore any damage or pieces’ missing is the fault of the manufacturer. Please contact manufacturer in this case. 6) Sorry, No Refunds for non-delivery of First Class International buyers items once your package leaves the USA it is in the hands of your country's post office. I will not refund postage. No refund will be issued without returned product first.  Item must be received within 3 days and be in same condition as it was when shipped. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Once item has been returned, refund will be issued either through PayPal for the purchase price only.
