This disk is USED. The following is an explanation of my disk quality grading system. This grading is for disks only and not for cases.

A: These disks are in the best condition and usually come from well kept personal collections. A+ would be a new item. A would be in “like new” condition, but not a new item, and A- may have minor imperfections (very few faint scratches or scuffs).

B: These discs may have more minor scratches or scuffs and on the higher end, B+ to B, the most common condition for personal collections and on the lower end, B-, the most common condition of previously viewed disks.

C: These discs will have the highest number of scratches and imperfections. These are almost always rental discs and may have locations stickers on the discs or cases.  

Condition of the item:

As a collector my expectation of quality is high and I will always do my best to accurately describe the condition of the item. Please understand that “condition” is subjective and may be affected by the light or how closely it is inspected. Disks with an “A” grading will be in “Like New” condition down to “C” with several scratches and imperfections. I do not sell any items that are deeply or severely scratched. This grading system is not a guarantee of playability but to give the buyer a better idea of the condition of the item they are purchasing.

• Since most items that I purchase are used from other people, the items may or may not have come from homes with smokers and/or pets, as well as other factors that people are allergic or averse to.
• Discs may have store logos, writing on the disc, or other imperfections (that do not affect the playability) which might not be mentioned in the listing.
• If you are someone who is only happy with a disk that is in pristine condition, I do not recommend purchasing used disks with a lower grading than B+. Disks with a grade of B or better should be acceptable for most people, and B- disks should be acceptable if you purchase pre-viewed videos from the video store.
• In some cases the item description in ebay may not exactly match the item for sale (i.e. alternate cover art, extra tracks). I make every effort to make sure the correct information is available in my listings. In the event of alternate packaging I will change the photo in the listing to show this. Where the description in ebay is different from the item for sale I will make every effort to note it in the listing above. If you have any questions about an item, please ask before purchasing.

·         Unless otherwise stated in the listing: all DVDs come in cases with artwork (please note that not all DVDs come with booklets or chapter listings) and all CDs come with front and back artwork and a newly replaced jewel case. In situations where the jewel case is not replaceable (i.e. tri-fold cardboard or digipac) damage (if any) will be noted in the listing and the item will be sent to you in its original packaging. I do not generally replace clamshell cases.

·         If you are a collector and have a specific question that is not covered in the listing please send a message prior to purchasing. I generally answer all messages within 12-24 hours.

Shipping/Packaging:

·        I ship every day, with the exception of Sundays and holidays.

·        In most cases items are shipped within 1 or 2 days, with many items being shipped the same day they are purchased.

·        I do combine shipping costs and ship worldwide. My shipping fees are as follows:

            US: $3.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional

            Canada: $4.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional

            International: $6.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional

            Attn. Soldiers: I will ship to APO/FPO/ect.

·        International and Canadian Customers please be aware that my shipping costs do not cover any customs fees, taxes or tariffs you may incur, those will be the responsibility of the buyer - know your country's policy prior to purchasing.

·        In most cases your product will be shipped in a tight fitting bubble envelope. Orders of 3 or more items may be shipped either in two bubble envelops or a box with packaging material, boxes may take a little longer to arrive than envelopes.

·        Domestic orders of 1 or 2 items ship USPS 1st class mail and estimated domestic delivery time is 3-7 business days. Orders of 3 or more items ship media mail and estimated delivery time is 5-11 business days. APO/FPO orders may take a little longer than normal domestic orders to arrive. All international and Canadian orders ship  USPS 1st class international and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive due to distance and customs processes. Please understand that delivery time is an estimate and not a guarantee. I have no control over delays due to weather or the post office. 

Payment:

·         Payment must be made through Paypal and is expected within 5 days of initiating purchase.

·         I am happy to combine shipping on purchases made within 3 days. To qualify for combined shipping all items must be on the same invoice and paid for together.

·         Items that are not paid after 10 days will automatically be submitted to Ebay for an Unpaid Item Claim. The only exception to this will be through prior communication and mutual agreement between myself and the buyer.

Return Policy:

·         I do accept returns if the item does not function properly, i.e. the disk skips or will not play.

·         I do not accept returns if you did not like the movie, or some other issue not related to the quality of the item purchased.

·         If you need to return an item, please contact me within three days of receiving the product and before leaving feedback.

·         When returning items the buyer will need to pay the return shipping.

Problems:

In the rare event that a problem does occur I understand that it is frustrating. Please contact me, before leaving feedback, and I will do my best to resolve any issues.

Email me through ebay and in most cases I will respond within 1 day.
