- A Return Authorization
Number is required for all returns. You may obtain this number by
emailing ( rkowensiv@current.net ) us and requesting "A RMA# for item
return".
- Q: How quickly do you
respond to email? A: We will attempt to answer your email within 24
hours, however incoming email from the weekend may require up to 36
hours to be answered. If your email if go unanswered , call us

- Defective products returned
to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will
be replaced or repaired. Defective products returned to us missing
accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as

1-2 weeks for the return process... from the time you ship it and the
time it arrives back on your door step.

have a RMA#. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns.

clearly on the outside of the package being returned. Any returned
package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender. RMA
numbers are valid for 14 days.
