Order & Shipping Schedule We order on the following Sunday night and on Wednesday night, after payment clears. Estimated shipping day for Sunday's order is the following Thursday. About our shirts and sizing We get all of our shirts directly from the manufacturer. The Mountain shirts are 100% cotton, pre-washed and pre-shrunk. We can’t change the shirt color! Sizing Notes: Because the shirts are hand-dyed there may be slight variations in the sizes and colors.
Communication You will receive at least one email from us. Please respond to our emails to keep the communcation open. We email through eBay messages, eBay provides us with a log of messages we send to each buyer, if you would like a copy of this log, let us know. We answer our emails within 24-48 hours, if you have not received a response, please contact us again. Attention: If there is any kind of problem with your purchase after the sale, please, contact us to resolve any situation before opening a dispute/case through ebay or PayPal. Shipping Discounts A combined shipping discount is available. If you request an invoice we will include the combined shipping discount. If you pay separately, we will refund you the discount amount. If we haven’t refunded the amount within 24 hours, please send us a reminder email. Pricing Our manufacturers regulate the prices at which we can sell items. We always sell at the lowest price allowed. We cannot sell at a lower price; doing so will void our vendor contract. Alabama residents will pay sales tax. ***International Buyers Note*** If your country is not in the list of countries we currently ship to, please, contact us, we may be able to make an exception. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please let us know if your order needs special packaging. We have removed our First Class International shipping option due to occasional problems.
