All returns made to Watch Grabber must include a copy of the invoice and must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. They must include all documents and tags that were included with the watch. Any watch that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, and the refund will not be issued. In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was sized, whether by Watch Grabber or by any other jeweler. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the same method used in the purchase. When sending a watch back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended. All returns must be filed before 14 days; after that time, Watch Grabber is no longer responsible - no exceptions!

All returns must be inspected and approved by Watch Grabber before the return is finalized.

1. Contact Watch Grabber at ebay@watchgrabber.com or 800-265-6189 to get approval of the return.
2. Return the watch to the location given to you by Watch Grabber
3. Please allow up to 10 days after Watch Grabber receives the watch to process the return and issue credit.

• All Watches sold by Watchgrabber have a 1 year limited warranty.
• Watch Grabber will, within one (1) year from date of purchase, repair or replace [at Watch Grabber's option] the movement of your watch free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
• This warranty does not cover batteries, leather straps, or crystals, nor does it cover damage arising from normal wear, scratches, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Watch Grabber.

• All orders shipped from Watch Grabber will be sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
• Estimated Delivery Time For Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service is 3-5 business days.
• Estimated Delivery Time For Expedited Shipping Rate is 2 business days.
• Estimated Delivery Time For Overnight Flat Rate Shipping Service is 1 business day.
• We can not accept special requests for a specific shipping company to be used.
• In the event that a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must contact Watchgrabber within 48 hours to initiate a claim with the prospective carrier.
• A signature may be required on certain orders.

In order to expedite your order, Watch Grabber only accepts PayPal.

Sales Tax:

Watch Grabber is located in New York, and therefore every order shipped to a New York State address are subjected to 8.375% sales tax. The shipping address is the address that determines the tax status and not the billing address.
