A truly portable vaporizer
Unlike other portable fuel based (vs battery) units, the I-Olite uses butane purely as a fuel source for its heater. It does not use combustion in anyway making it a true vaporizer, no flame ever touches the herb.

I-Olite Vaporizer Healthy and Completely InertThe catalytic conversion happens in an isolated chamber within the I-Olite Vaporizer so that butane can heat the unit but as it’s used it expels the butane as harmless water vapor through the escape ports located on the port of the unit.
Since the catalytic conversion on the I-Olite Vaporizer renders the butane completely inert as well as completely separating the reaction, there are no risks to your health.

- We accept PayPal payments with
confirmed addresses only. If you send a payment without a
confirmed address, your payment will be denied and you will have

an alternate payment method.
- For credit card payments we will only ship to an
address verified with your credit card company. This is usually
your billing address (where you receive your monthly statement)
some banks allow an alternate address to be added to your file.

- For US Postal payments, please use air mail to send it, this will speed up the process by a lot

If you do have a defective Volcano, contact us for the manufacturer RMA information or see your manual.

Is this product new or used?
All our vaporizers are brand new units unless otherwise specified.
How do I contact you if I need help?
We have email support and a Toll Free number to contact us should you have any difficulties using your Vaporizer.
Why don't you offer refunds but exchanges only?
We want everyone to have the right vaporizer for their needs and not get discouraged after trying just one. If you did not select the proper vaporizer the first time around, we will gladly offer you an exchange for a vaporizer that is right for you. Please see our recommendations with each auction or contact us prior to buying an auction to find out which vaporizer is best for you.
Do you offer other shipping services then UPS or Canada Post?
No. We only ship via UPS or Canada Post shipping service due to the accounts which we currently have set up. We will not ship using your account number to avoid any confusion.
