Payment
We accept and prefer PayPal.
All in state residents of Colorado will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.
Payment must be received within 4 days of the ending auction.
If payment is not received within 4 days, an unpaid item case will be filed through eBay.
Combined Shipping
To utilize our combined shipping, continue shopping until you are done bidding (within 4 days of your first purchase).
When you are done shopping we will send you a combined shipping invoice.

Combined shipping is $3 for each domestic item purchased and $4 for each international item.
Our Process
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment (excluding Saturday/Sunday).
Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction.
Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges.
We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.
Domestic Orders
We ship via FedEx and USPS daily and email tracking information upon shipping.
Any item over $250 will be shipped with a required Signature Confirmation.
Local Pick-Up
Swing by anytime M-F 9-6, Sat 11-4
Please note there is a $3 local pick up fee per pick up.
Please don't pay until you get here to avoid the item being shipped out.
Make sure you bring in your order number so we can quickly find your item.

International Orders
Orders will be processed via USPS International. APO/FPO shipments will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Return Policy
Returns must be received within 7 days of receiving the item.
All items must be 100% unused, undamaged, clean, with all packaging intact, and in new sellable condition.
We have done our best to accurately and faithfully describe each item. If you receive an item that is "not as described", please email us at: info@theproscloset.com to obtain a “return authorization form” so we can start your return process.
There is a 10% restocking fee for items returned that are not fault of The Pros Closet. Upon receipt of the product, we will refund your payment in full.
