 This dress is one of my most favorites that I have ever bought.  It is from The Childrens Hour and is a size 4 which my daughter wore it when she was 2 I wanted it to be longer on her.  It measures 22 inches from shoulder to hem and 14 inches across the chest.  It is baby blue in color and has a cute little applique on collar. 

This dress comes from a smoke free home.  I wouldnt sell you anything that I would not allow my children to wear.  Happy bidding and email with any questions.
