Combined Shipping Policy
Please know that I charge shipping to avoid losing money, not as a way to make it! Also, if an item is listed with free shipping, it ships free, period. This section is included in ALL of my listings so that I don't forget to include it when it needs to be there!! :P
I do not charge handling fees nor do I charge for packing materials. If you win more than one auction, please request and invoice and I shall combine your shipping down to actual cost, or less! This is one way to show that I value your repeat business! I am taking the time to set your postage labels to show my cost in hopes that you will feel good about leaving 5 star shipping cost feedback!

Ebay's new star standards actually punish sellers for ratings below 4.6. If you are happy, please consider leaving 5 stars for any seller that has served you well! A rating of 4 stars seems like a good score, but now actually can hurt us!
Ebay no longer allows us to offer you the option to buy insurance. My auctions now state that insurance is included in your shipping and handling. I have chosen this option because it is the closest to the truth, but it is not strictly true-I am not buying Postal insurance on every package ( I could not afford to stay in business! ) and not arbitrarily charging you $4.00 for shipping to cover it either! I DO pay for track and confirm on every package and if yours does not make it to you, I shall send a replacement. If your pet is damaged, we shall come to an agreement on how to make you happy! I have always done this in the past anyway. While two of my packages have been lost in the mail, I have never had a pet damaged in the mail! On more expensive items, I will be forced to include insurance in the cost of shipping and I will note this in the auction details. My apologies for any confusion or dissatisfaction this may cause-please note that if you pay through PayPal and your address is confirmed we are both actually insured through PayPal too. I assure you that your transactions with me are as safe as they ever were.

Shipping
I ship your item the same day or the day after your payment clears into my PayPal account! Your package will be on a truck out of town within one business day; and, often on the same day! I cannot control the Postal Service, but do my part to get your items to you FAST!! Delivery is usually in 2-4 days. I am always happy to combine your shipping costs! PLEASE request a combined invoice! You can do this through the "pay now" option or just send me an email! Since I offer a variety of items, it is difficult to create a set discount; however, I am happy to provide you a quote and answer all emails promptly. Roughly, single pets are $1.50 for the second and $1.00 for each after that and pairs of pets are $2.00 for the second pair and $1.50 for each after that. Please request a new invoice when you are finished shopping and I will combine your shipping for you. My intention in charging shipping is to defray my cost, not to make money. You rarely pay more than the actual cost of postage and if so, only a few cents. I do not charge for my shipping supplies, listing time or handling. I hope that you will feel comfortable leaving me a five star rating for shipping cost as I do strive to be "very reasonable"! PLEASE NOTE: Shipping cost stated is for domestic shipping rates and APO (YES! I am happy to ship to you!), including Alaska and Hawaii. I DO ship to Canada and the UK, but ask that you contact me for a new invoice as there are additional charges (only about $.50 for Canada, considerably more for UK). ALSO, there is usually a full day delay in shipping to the UK as I have to physically go to the post office to get the postage rate and then with the time difference, it is the next day before you can pay for me to ship. I will accept returns if I have misrepresented an item. Because of the "secret code" feature on Webkinz, I am unable to accept returns of Webkinz pets UNLESS a)you receive the wrong animal and b)the code tag is clearly still intact and attached to the pet. Please contact me with any problems and I will do my best to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please know that if you are returning an item due to MY error that I shall reimburse you for your shipping cost as well. It does not happen too often, but I do sometimes make mistakes and do not expect my customers to pay extra for that!
