***READ AND UNDERSTAND ENTIRE LISTING!!!*** Up for grabs is this set of 3 speakers by Altec Lansing. These are out of one of their top-o-the line personal Hi-Fi computer sound systems.This auction includes the two 4" fullrange speakers, which I'll go into first. They are some of the smoooothest sounding full-range units I've laid my ears to in this price range. They're shielded for use near TV/monitors. The magnets are HUGE for a 4" unit. It's as big as the shielding is. Quite heavy for their size.Numbers are:MSF-100B20U-1, 20 watts, 4 Ohms.The subwoofer is a 6.5" unit, with DUAL voice coils.You get both stereo channels out of one woofer.Big magnet here again.Numbers are:SS65 12-95,, 4 Ohm. It has avented pole piece with a metal screen to keep the voice coil cool under heavy signal.Very nice construction for a 6.5" subwoofer.. All three units are fully tested. No voice coil rub, distortion, or adhesive failures. Very nice used condition. I'd like to sell as new, but I can't.So, if you're replacing your current hifi speakers for your computer, are doing a small surround system with single dual coil subwoofer, a compact two channel stereo set, or even an automotive, compact, hi-fi install, here ya' go!! It don't get much better than Altec Lansing!.Any questions, just ask. 48 states only, unless you agree to my outrageous customs paperwork fees first.If your zip starts with 7,8,or9, add$6 extra shipping fee, and WAIT for invoice, otherwise transaction may be terminated.I have a room full of this stuff.This system originally was very expensive.
