This Echo PB251 handheld leaf blower has carberator problems.  It was taken to a small engine repair shop and I was told the carberator needs to be replaced.  It does still start, but does not work at full power and stalls easily until it gets warmed up.  This would be a good project for someone who enjoys repairing small engines.
