Shipping

• Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We will make sure that the item(s) you ordered arrives in timely manner and in good condition. However, in few cases there are some problems that may occur during shipping and often time, we will refer this shipping policy as our guideline in handling the situation.
  
  
• We ship within 1-7 business days (we don’t ship on weekends or holidays) of when the payment is received and cleared. Most of our domestic customers will receive the item(s) on average 3-7 business days after the payment is received and cleared (3-10 business days during holiday seasons) *
  
  
• Pre-ordered, back ordered, consignment items will take longer to ship. For pre-ordered items, please check the release date on the listing or please message us to ask the release date. Please be aware that the shipping handling time is going to be counted from the release date and NOT the purchase date. For back ordered items, we will let you know when we will have that that particular item back in stock and the shipping handling time is going to be counted from when the item back in stock and NOT the payment date. Most of our backordered items were caused by system miscounting as we don’t have a real time inventory count on eBay. For consignment items, please allow additional 3 business days to prepare the necessary process.


• If paying by PayPal E-check, please allow 7-10 days for clearance. Paypal E-check payments will not be shipped until cleared.


• We do not ship on any weekends nor on holidays


• Transit times can vary depending on the carrier the items are shipped with. USPS Domestic shipments can take 2-7 days. USPS International shipment can take 7 – 30 days. We are not responsible for transit time as it is out of our control.


• S&H quoted in eBay is one time ship only. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Reshipping due to incorrect shipping address will be at buyers’ expense.


• Multiple items purchase may be shipped together or separate depending on availability and viability.


• Lost package can be claimed after 30 days (for domestic) and 90 days (for international). We will check the status on the delivery conformation.


• Returned package shipping for exchange/return/wrong items will be on buyers’ expense. We will re-ship the new exchange for free if the item is tested broken (as long as not sold as AS- IS), wrong item, or any other conditions that we consider fair. We do not accept any return without RMA or authorization (eBay ID and reasons in writing is required)




International Shipping



• We are not responsible for any taxes and/or duties associated with international shipments (All shipments other than domestic).


• The customer is responsible for any and all duties/taxes/tariffs. We serve only as the exporter and DO NOT pay for any of the taxes/duties/tariffs. All BROKERAGE fees are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder/buyer.


• WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP TO ITALY, BRAZIL. ALL ORDERS PLACED FROM THOSE COUNTRIES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED.

Payment Policies

• We want to serve our eBay customers in high standard. In return, we expect buyer to make a payment in fairness and timely manner. Once an eBay buyer wins the auction or click ‘Buy It Now’, seller will be charged a fee regardless of buyer’s payment and seller also has an obligation to reserve the items (this can be problematic for a time sensitive items). These payment policies are enforced in order to keep the transaction fair.

• Payments are expected within 72 hours (3 days) after the last winning auction is closed.
  
  
• We combine shipping and handling only if at the buyer request after buyer won the items and before buyer’s checkout. We only do a manual checkout. We offer 20% off S&H for each additional item’s S&H. Please make sure you are aware of each auction’s shipping and handling that you are going to purchase beforehand to estimate the total S&H.
  
  
• There’s 15% restocking fee of the purchase price with a minimum of $2.00 for any cancelation on any reason. This also applies to any buyer’s requested refund for any reason.
  


• Any fraud or tampering will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We will consider it as non-payment and will also be reported to ebay safety department and local authority.
