Due to the nature of the product, we do not issue refunds on ESpecialPhoneSale items.
U.S. orders may exchange or receive store credit ONLY minus shipping and handling costs.
Store credit can be applied to this store or any other DSI-USA stores listed at the bottom of our About Us page.
We offer a variety of products throughout our other stores for you to choose from. If you choose a different product to utilize your store credit, buyer is responsible for shipping on new item.

Returns, exchanges, & store credit inquiries must be initiated within 14 calender days of the delivery date.
Please do not send anything back to DSI without first contacting us for an RMA number.
Once we have received the RMA item and it is deemed defective by our technical department, you will receive a full refund.

Product Condition:
Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer.
Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instructions, products, accessories etc... must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, folds & defacing.
Items returned in NEW condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Items returned in other than NEW condition will be subject to up to 75% restocking fee depending on the condition of the item.
Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fees on returned items.
Please include a copy of your invoice in the box.
Print the RMA number on the shipping box. Packages without an RMA will not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise authorized by DSI.
