Please check with the manufacturer before contacting us. It has been our experience that many items can be fixed with a quick call to the manufacturers tech support. If there is a part missing in the box the item can only be exchanged for the SAME item you purchased. The following items are not returnable: DJ software (after the box is open) and special order items. In addition, Microphones, In-Ear Monitors, Heil Talk Boxes, and any other items that touch the mouth, the nose, or inner ear cannot be returned once opened due to health and sanitary laws.
Orders for Internationl buyers cannot be returned because interntaional returns can get complicated due to many factors, therefore all sales made by international customers are final and non-refundable. So it is important that you contact us with all questions before bidding and purchasing with us.
Shipping fees are not refundable. If you decide to return an item, all return shipping is paid for by the buyer. No returns will be accepted after 30 days unless the we authorizes it.
