This lovely ensemble would be perfect for any Civil War reenactment, SASS(Single Action Shooting Society) event, Dickens festivals, Renaissance faires, or Prarie/Old West Impressions.

 This is a 2 piece gown, which makes for a great wardrobe builder since you can wear the skirt or bodice with other things in your wardrobe. 

The bodice is made of a dupioni silk painted lilac fabric.  It is 100 percent silk.  It is a floral design in a slightly lighter, silvery colored floral. 

The bodice has an semi-off the shoulder fit with full puffed sleeves.   The neckline is trimmed with a pleated mantle.  The full puffed sleeves have elastic for comfort.   It has a deep v-shaped hemline in the front and a narrower v-shaped in the back.  It is fully lined with a hidden hook and eye closure in the back.

The skirt is 180+ inches around.    It is pleated onto a matching waistband with a hook and eye closure in the back.

The gown, itself, measures:

Waist:  40 inches 

Bust:  48 inches
