post office box or military address (APO/FPO) must be sent via USPS.
Orders that are returned because of 3 failed delivery attempts, or because it
was shipped to the wrong address due to the customer providing an incorrect shipping
address will result in the customer having to pay all new shipping fees for us
to reship this order back out to the correct address. We do offer optional
domestic shipping insurance but this does not cover orders that cannot be
delivered due to buyer supplying us with an incorrect shipping address. This
insurance does not cover packages returned to us by the Post Office, FedEx,
etc. as the result of the customer not accepting/ picking up goods, etc.
International Shipping:
International orders are only shipped via USPS "Priority
International" and realistically can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks ship
time, not including the weekends.*We are not responsible for items seized in
customs, so please know your local laws pertaining to the items you order. We
do not alter customs fees in any way and will not change customs details
(marking it as a gift, etc.) Please do not ask. The customer also assumes full
responsibility for seized items, orders not picked up at Post Office and/ or
orders not delivered due to failed attempts, incorrect shipping address, etc..
No refund or reimbursement of any kind will be given under these circumstances,
not for the product or the shipping charges. We do offer optional international
shipping insurance but this does not cover any items seized by customs or any
items held, confiscated or returned to us as the result of the customer not
picking up/ receiving goods at your local post office, etc. and/or not paying

payment was received, except Saturdays, Sundays, holidays or in the unlikely
event an item is on back-order. Orders must be placed/ payment received by 3:00
pm EST. for the order to ship the same day. In the event of a back-order the
customer will be contacted immediately and the entire order will not ship until
the back-order item comes in. The customer will also be given the choice to
wait for this back-order item or they can purchase this specific item at a
later date; in this situation a refund will be issued for the back-ordered item
only and the remainder of the order will be shipped immediately. "Same day"
shipping refers to an order being processed and departing from our warehouse
the same day the order was placed/ payment was received and does not include
the actual transit time.

No refunds or credit of any kind will be issued. We do accept exchanges (i.e. gloves, shorts, shirts, belts) but the buyer will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us and will also be responsible to pay the new shipping fees for us having to reship another size out. Exchanges will only be accepted if the customer receives prior authorization via email before shipping the item(s) back and the item(s) must be returned in an unused state with the original packaging, etc.
