It is 100% cotton and the entire back of the waist is elastic for ease of dressing. This skort is in EXCELLENT CONDITION with no rips, holes or stains. We live in a smoke and pet free home.I only accept Pay pal. US ADDRESSES ONLY PLEASE. I ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment (the exception being Sundays and holidays in which case I ship the next day the Post Office is open).
