  • The skirt has 3 layers.  The outside layer is satin.  The inner 2 are smooth polyester.  The middle layer has attached crinoline netting along the lower part of the skirt, which gives that puffed, filled out look.

  • The waist features a splash of color with a satin sash, which is removable.
