If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, all unwashed and unworn products may be returned to MyTeeSpot for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of receipt. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. You may ship your return using any method you wish, but we suggest using a method with insurance and tracking to ensure that your return gets to us.
Returns must be received in their original condition. We do not accept returns for products that have been washed, worn, or dried in a dryer, smell of perfume, or have been damaged by the customer in any way.

What happens when you receive my return?

Returns will be processed by the end of the day, the day they are received. Your card will be credited and we will send you an email confirmation. If it is an exchange, we will email you store credit, which you may use to complete your exchange.
