These are great shoes made of high quality leather and very well constructed. Kenneth Cole is expensive for a reason, you know. This isn't your typical slap it together with glue, no sirreee. This is the real thing. Let us know if you have questions. The pictures say it all.

Due to ebays new rules we now offer two types of payment. Paypal or visa, mastercard, discover, american express and online checks through our own merchant account. If you do not want to pay with paypal you must notify me and I will send an invoice through our merchant services. Payment is due within 7 days of auction ending

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! We do not add or pad our shipping fees. We do not charge for boxes,bubble wrap,tape or handeling fees. We recycle as much as we can to keep the cost as low as possible. The items we sell are heavy and fragile sometimes requiring double boxes. All of our items are weighed at listing time and rates are based on weight. We ship the majority of our items by USPS and Fedex. We do ship UPS on request. You must email me if you want it shipped by a specific carrier. With the new rules in place by eBay we ask that when you leave feedback about our shipping that you remember that we do not control the rates set by the carriers.

All of our items are checked as closely as possible, however, we are human and do make mistakes. We will do everything possible to correct these as soon as we know about them. In the event that we have misrepresented an item we will give a full refund including shipping if the item is returned. We also pay for the return shipping fees. Refunds are as follows. A partial refund is issued immediately when complaint is recieved and verified. Final refund including return shipping is given when item has been recieved back at Tannybo Treasures. On some occasions we will not require a return but may require pictures. All request must be made with 3 days of recieving the item. Insurance: All items shipped through Fedex or UPS are covered up to 100.00. Any coverage above 100.00 is the responsibilty of the buyer. Any package shipped through the USPS buyer must purchase insurance. In the event that the package is damaged when shipped UPS or Fedex we require pictures for proof of damage. Once the pictures have been recieved Tannybo Treasures will issue a full refund including shipping. If shipped through the USPS and insurance was obtained the buyer should take the damaged package to their local post office and file a claim.
