TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Please Read Before Bidding/Buying

Bidding/Buying:

-       Placing a bid on the item or buying the item means that you agree to all the terms that follow below.  If you are unable to comply with the terms, then please do not bid on or buy the item. 

-       If the item is listed “as is” or “untested”, then you are bidding/buying  at your own risk.  The Seller assumes no responsibility for the item after it has been shipped.  If you are unsure about the item, then do not buy it.

-       If you do not know how the item works (ie: networking devices, proprietary phone systems, fire alarm systems), please be advised that there is NO technical support available from the Seller.  If you do not know how to connect, set-up, configure, program, etc., the item, then you are responsible for procuring your own technical support.  The Seller is not a technical support company.

Payment:
As per eBay guidelines, please respond within 3 days or your right to purchase the item may be withdrawn.  Paypal only within 5 days of purchase.

Shipping & Handling:
The item will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.  Items will be shipped UPS ground (which can take 1-6 business days for the item to arrive).  Item will only ship to the continental United States.  No PO box shipping, street address only.  Transit time varies by location and does not include weekends or holidays.  If you need the item faster, please contact via email to arrange an alternate shipping method.  Extra shipping charges will apply.  When leaving feedback, please keep in mind that the length of shipping time is explicitly stated in the terms and conditions. 

Combined Shipping for “Buy It Now” Items:

EBay calculates shipping based on the given weight of the item, however, when calculating the shipping for multiple items, be aware that EBay does not always calculate this shipping total correctly.  This is because the total “dimensional weight” of the combined items may increase the shipping cost because of the size, not just the weight (refer to UPS website for more info).  If actual final shipping amount for combined items is higher than what EBay calculates, then the buyer will be responsible for paying this difference.  This will be reflected on the invoice that the Seller sends you after your purchase.  If you are unsure of what the shipping will be for combining more than one “Buy It Now” item, then contact the Seller immediately for a rate quote.

Warranty/Return:
If item is not as described, then you may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item.  Items that are listed “As Is” are not eligible for return.  The exact item, including all cables, CD’s and manuals, etc, must be returned to be eligible for a refund.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there is a mistake in the listing.  Buyer is responsible for return postage.    Please allow proper time for resolution before feedback is posted as your satisfaction is extremely important. 

Insurance:

Available upon buyer’s request only.  New eBay guidelines no longer allow sellers to offer an insurance option during the purchase flow.  Not responsible for loss or damage during shipping transit.  UPS services provides free loss/damage protection for items with a declared value up to $100.
