The bulk of our items come from Closeouts, Overstock, Shelf Pulls, or Unclaimed Freight etc. Some boxes may have warehouse/shipping wear or damage. In most cases we open all of our items, including brand new items, to inspect them thoroughly, ensure they are described accurately in the listing, and to make sure they are in working order.

Shipping:

We will ship within three business days of your payment being cleared by PayPal. We ship in recycled boxes where possible to reduce waste. Insurance is optional on most items. We are not responsible for lost items or goods damaged from shipping if insurance is not purchased.

Payment:

We only accept payment by PayPal. Payment is due within three days of the end of the sale. If you do not pay within three days we reserve the right to re-list the item for sale.

Returns:

Returns are only accepted if the item is not as described or is the wrong product. We do not accept returns if the color of the product is different to that shown on the photograph, due to variables in computer monitors. All items are sold "as is". We do not accept returns if the item is defective.

If the item sent is not as described or is the wrong product, the buyer must contact us within two days of receipt. We reserve the right to request photographs and/or other supporting evidence to accurately show us the actual item received and/or to demonstrate inaccuracies in the description.

The buyer must obtain a return authorization from us before returning an item. If the wrong product was sent or the item sent was not as described, we will refund the buyer's full purchase price including shipping costs and pay return shipping costs.
