Return Policy We attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items ship the next business day for all orders received by midnight EST. Due to drop shipment requirements of some purchases, some U.S. and Canadian orders may require additional lead times before an order ships. On Canadian orders, prices include the product and shipping. Brokerage, customs, duties, taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. You may return your product in new condition for a refund of the item price within 30 days of the dated invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please write your invoice number on the outside of the packaging and it will serve as your return number. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice as well as any instructions to the return dept. If your purchase was drop shipped and arrived directly from a manufacturer do not return it to the manufacturer. Many do not accept returns and you may not be issued credit.
