Return Policy:

Standard size formal dresses: these are handmade dresses by our supplying factory according to their size chart. They can be returned if eligible. Most of the time, it was because of wrong size was ordered.  (*Please see size chart below)

Wedding Expressions honors a No Question Asked Return Policy for Standard Size dresses. Please contact us in writing by email within 3 Days (including weekends and holidays) from date of receipt. Receipt date is the delivery date according to carrier. We will issue you a Return Authorization number that will allow you to return the package. Returned packages must be postmarked as within 7 days of receipt and have a Return Authorization Number clearly printed on the outside of the package. Any returns postmarked after 7 days of your receipt date and/or missing a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense. Customer is responsible for sending the returned dress(es). A restocking fee of $25.00 per item plus shipping fee will be charged on all return items.

We have 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse. Products should be in original conditions, and without damages, stains, alterations and have all originals tags attached and original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. Please Note: If you do not accept the item being returned to you, we will charge you 50% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges, as a restocking fee.

• Return package must bear a valid Authorization Number on face, and enclosed with a completed Authorization Form
• Products should be in original conditions, and without damages, stains, alterations. and have all originals tags attached and in original packaging.

As of now, the expected total waiting time is about 2-3 weeks for most of our formal dresses. If you are in a hurry, you can  use the Rush Delivery option when checking-out. In stock items can be shipped next day and you can receive it in about 12 days; Rush Delivery can usually be received in 10 days. Note that this is the waiting time after payment is cleared AND your order is confirmed.

• if you live in a rural area, it will take more time;
• if you order during high seasons, it can take much longer to arrive, please make sure to buy well in advance. Including: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year.
